「投標表格」所提供的個人資料，將由房屋委員會用作處理有關投標商業單位的申請。
個人資料包括投標者及其所有家庭成員的姓名、香港身份證號碼及年齡；投標者與各家庭成員的關係；投標者的銀行戶口號碼、地址及聯絡電話號碼；是否持有位於任何公共屋邨的遷置小販檔位或前市政局/區域市政局的小販牌照/檔位, 以及是否香港註冊西醫/牙醫，並且持有由香港醫務委員會/香港牙醫管理委員會發出的執業証明書。
利用「投標表格」提供個人資料，乃屬自願性質。然而，如投標者未有在「投標表格」內提供所需資料，房屋委員會可能無法進一步辦理其投標申請。
「投標表格」所提供的個人資料，可能會向食物環境衛生署和衛生署披露，以核實投標者是否持有前市政/區域市政局小販牌照/檔位和是否香港註冊西醫/牙醫。
「投標表格」的資料當事人有權查閱及改正自己的個人資料。有關「投標表格」內所收集的個人資料的查詢，包括查閱及改正資料，可向以下人員提出：

The personal data provided by means of the ‘Form of Tender’will be used by the Housing Authority for processing the tender for commercial premises.
Personal data include names, H.K.I.C. Nos. and age of tenderer and all family members, relationship with family members, tenderer’s bank account number, address, contact telephone number, holding of resited hawker stall on any public housing estate or hawker licence/stall of former Urban Council/ Regional Council and whether the tenderer a registered medical/dental practitioner having Annual Practising Certificate issued by the Medical/Dental Council of Hong Kong.
The provision of personal data by means of the ‘Form of Tender’ is voluntary. However, if the required information is not provided in the Form of Tender, the Housing Authority may not be able to process the tender further.
The personal data in the ‘Form of Tender’ may be disclosed to Food and Environmental Hygiene Department and Department of Health for the purpose of verifying the holding of former Urban Council/Regional Council hawker licence/stall and whether the tenderer is a registered medical/ dental practitioner in Hong Kong.
The data subject(s) in the ‘Form of Tender’ has/have a right of access and correction in respect of his/her/their personal data. Enquiries concerning the personal data collected by means of the ‘Form of Tender’ including the making of access and correction, may be addressed to:
